We do not share personal data with third parties outside the EU without a valid legal basis.

For operation and delivery of the Service, we use trusted subprocessors, such as:

  • Stripe – payment processing

  • GoHighLevel (GHL) – automation and CRM functions

  • Hosting and storage providers within the EU/EEA

All providers are bound by data processing agreements and act solely according to our instructions.

If GHL processes data outside the EU, EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards are applied. TrustFuel is responsible for ensuring that appropriate security measures are in place.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies to ensure the Service functions properly, as well as analytical cookies to understand how the website is used.

You can block cookies at any time in your browser settings, but some features may not function properly as a result.

6. Data Retention

Personal data is stored for as long as the account is active and is deleted or anonymized within 90 days after the account is closed.
Backup data and logs may be retained for up to 90 days for security and compliance purposes.
